At Phantom Cycles, we stand behind the quality and durability of our electric mountain bikes. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, protect your investment, and keep you riding with confidence.
Warranty Policy
We offer the following warranty coverage on new purchases:
🛠 Frame Warranty
1-Year Warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
⚡ Electrical Components
1-Year Warranty on the motor, controller, display, and wiring harness.
🚲 Bike Components
1-Year Warranty on components such as the drivetrain, brakes, suspension, and other non-electric parts (excluding normal wear and tear).
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship;
Defective or malfunctioning electrical components;
Structural issues with the bike frame under normal riding conditions.
If a covered part is found to be defective, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you (excluding shipping charges in some cases).
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)
Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Modifications or aftermarket part installation not approved by Phantom Cycles.
Corrosion, rust, or water damage caused by exposure to elements.
Commercial or rental use (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
All batteries are covered under warranty for 2 years or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first), with guaranteed performance of at least 70% of original capacity during the warranty period.
To submit a claim:
Contact us at info@phantomcycles.co.uk with your:
Order number, a description of the issue and photos or video of the problem.
Our team will evaluate the claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include diagnostics, part replacement, or repair.
Please do not return any products without a warranty claim authorisation from our team.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall Phantom Cycles be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including injury or loss of use.
