Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns on unused e-bikes and accessories within 7 Days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, chargers, keys, tools, and accessories.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Bikes that have been ridden outdoors, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at info@phantomcycles.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).
Our team will provide you with instructions regarding return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping methodand insuring the return package, especially for e-bikes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
The following items are non-returnable:
E-bikes that show signs of use (mileage, dirt, tire wear, scratches).
Customised or special-order bikes.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@phantomcycles.co.uk . We’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund your item.
